Estimates and quotes
Any figure discussed by phone, by text, by email, or through this website before a site visit is a preliminary estimate only. It is not a binding quote. Pricing depends on conditions we can only assess on site, on the scope you finally approve, and on permit and material costs at the time of work.
A binding price exists only in a written contract signed by both you and Arch 2 Build, Inc. Nothing on this website and no automated reply forms a contract.
Text messaging program
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Arch 2 Build, Inc. about your inquiry or your project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What you will receive. Replies to your questions, estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about work you asked about.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply and we do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.
We handle your number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your consent to third parties for their own marketing.
Automated replies
Some replies you receive from us may be sent automatically. Automated messages are for convenience and scheduling. They do not create a contract, do not set a binding price, and do not replace a written agreement or a licensed professional's on-site assessment. If a message requires a decision about your project, a member of our team will confirm it with you directly.
Emergencies
Do not use text messages, this website, or any form here to report an emergency. If there is a gas leak, an electrical hazard, flooding, fire, or a risk to anyone's safety, call 911 or your utility provider immediately.
